"Beautiful, convenient location, spacious clean rooms, quality appliances and amenities. One of the best Vrbo spots we have come across. K was a great host, the descriptions and all of the great raving reviews, are spot on. We enjoyed laying by the clean warm pool and watching the yachts go by. The walk to the beach was very short. The walk into town and pier were enjoyable. We would love to vacation here again and would highly recommend it to friends and family."

"We loved this spot! The grounds are nice with a great view. The apartment itself is well appointed and you get a really nice welcome gift. The owner obviously takes great care to make sure the experience is top notch. It is a reasonable walk to restaurants / bars & the pier. Beach is a short walk."

"This was our second stay at Kanda Zen. We had a great time using nearly all of the amenities of the property. The outdoor renovations look great and we found ourselves spending more time out on the dock with the new seating! The pool, hot tub and grill stations make it easy to stay close. The beach chairs and umbrellas make for a relaxing day at the beach and carts make the short walk to the beach very easy. The apartment was neat, clean and comfortable. There was nothing that we needed that was not already in place."

“Terrific Place to stay in Pompano Beach. Units are exactly as advertised. Very modern, newly renovated and tastefully furnished. Units are a very short walk to beach and there is a great pool/spa area facing the intracoastal for those windier days and also BBQ’ing. Owner is very attentive and on site frequently. Many little touches which really make the place A+ such as use of new beach chairs and umbrellas, quality pots and pans and kitchenwares, welcome basket. Highly recommend and will definitely return."

The pictures did not do it justice as it was even better than we had hoped! Modern, clean and the perfect size for our family to feel as though it was a home away from home (although with a much better view, a pool and Florida sunshine)! Kaukuta was quick to respond to all communication and was readily available once we arrived to respond to any questions and to offer recommendations for the area. A few highlights from our stay included: a beautiful pool area, a fantastic view of the waterway (and the occasional luxury yacht cruising by), thoughtful details such as pool toys and beach equipment, a perfect location to walk to the beach and access everything we wanted to do in the area as well as a variety of shopping and restaurant options. We definitely didn’t want to leave and we’ve added it to our “must do again” list for future vacation planning.

"Kanda Zen checked all the boxes and more!! It was absolutely luxurious!!! From top to bottom, inside and out, owner Kaukuta thought of everything, right down to the smallest detail. It was delightful, peaceful, beautiful and impressive, from the moment you stepped into the unit!! Kanda Zen was super modern, extremely clean, so well decorated and very cozy and homey!! The outdoor living area makes it even more like a slice of paradise...with an amazing water view, an amazing patio and deck setup, with so many features, and beautiful palm trees at every turn!! The beach is within walking distance, as well as so many restaurants and shops at the renovated Pompano Beach complex and pier. We're beyond happy that we found Kanda Zen and have made such wonderful family memories here!! We cannot wait to come back!!! I highly recommend booking your next vacation here!!"
