My son and I stayed here with a friend for a soccer tournament and beach time and from the moment we walked in, we were in awe! Amazing location and view, gorgeous upgrades, everything we needed to cook, spacious living and bed space, very comfortable beds and the beach and pool gear was a bonus! We really enjoyed our time and can't wait to go back!

This was by far the best Airbnb we’ve ever stayed at! Kaukuta had a welcome basket for us, made us feel at home, the place was clean, stocked with everything we needed including floats, sunblock, etc. the pool & jacuzzi were amazing and nothing can beat the view. We will be back! Highly recommend!

You will not find a better location, 5 star accommodations, a great host and a beautiful home inside and out. Location is in a quiet neighborhood, walking or Uber distance to restaurants, beach and a Publix. Will definitely rent this unit again from an excellent host Kaukuta.

Where do I begin? This place is an absolute hidden gem! Kaukuta is a phenomenal host who provides clear instructions and makes everything easily accessible to ensure you have an amazing trip. Everything you need is truly at your fingertips. Whether you want to relax by the pool or head to the beach just five minutes away, there’s something for everyone. There are also plenty of great things to do and explore in the surrounding area. It’s easy to see why so many guests return year after year

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Kanda Zen. The listing photos accurately capture the property both inside and out. Our interactions with the Host were pleasant and professional. He has thought of every detail to accommdate most everyone's needs. The Intracoastal location was perfect, so relaxing sitting by the pool and watching the boats go by. The access to everything Pompano Beach has to offer including the pier, restaurants and shops couldn't be better.

The location was perfect. Right on the Intracoastal and a 2 block walk to the beach. Also just a 5 minute drive to Pompano beach which was lively and fun with a total beach atmosphere near the pier. The backyard pool and set up was well done and exactly what we were looking for. We cooked on the Bbq, and had a great dinner out back. Overall this will be hard to top!

We loved being at Kanda Zen again! It was our fourth trip there and it won’t be the last. The location is perfect, right on the intercoastal and yet only 5 minutes’ walk from the beach. Restaurants and bars less than a mile away and a very pleasant walk. The apartments are very comfortable, spacious and well supplied with utensils. The fact that there are only five units at Kanda Zen affords it intimacy and peace.

The location was exactly as described. Easy walk to beach. We enjoyed watching the sunsets in the pool area. K was very responsive and great to work with. We would definitely stay there again.

5 stars is not enough! This place is THE BEST Air B&B I have ever stayed at! The location was amazing right on the intercostal, beautiful pool, hot tub, very quiet and relaxed, felt very safe, locked gate to get in, parking was easy! Also the room and amenities were all amazing, they have beach chairs, umbrellas coolers, wagons all to use free!   I can’t say enough good things about it, the price was very fair and worth every penny!
